It is a distraction machine, with the upside of being slightly more efficient for the question-asker.” Spot on. PWAs won't replace native iOS apps. Having the app on our phones with badges and push is awesome, but the quality is not even close to a native app. We could spend ages to make some parts better, but there are major Safari bugs and missing features with PWAs. Lots more details in our latest post:
